Longest gap between cargo drops

Maximum minutes between two drops.

What does this setting do?

The upper bound of the random window. SCUM rolls the gap to the next drop between the minimum and this maximum.

The further apart the two values, the less predictable the next drop. Close together they effectively create a timetable groups can plan around — which rewards organisation but also means the same well-drilled group is always there first.
