What does this setting do?
Deena is an NPC character with her own line of tasks. This switch decides whether she is present on your server.
For players she is a guided introduction: her tasks explain mechanics along the way and give new players a goal before they have plans of their own. On servers with a steady inflow that is worth more than any welcome message.
