What does this setting do?
By default suicides do not appear in the kill log. With this on, they do.
For PvP servers that is more useful than it sounds: some players use suicide tactically to pre-empt a capture or denying a kill to an opponent. Without a log there is no way to follow that, and complaints about "vanished" opponents stay unresolvable.
