What does this setting do?
Loot puppets carry more rewarding items than ordinary ones and give players a reason to fight rather than avoid them. Disable them and that reason disappears — puppets become a pure obstacle. Here too, on means off.
Which value suits my server?
Relaxed PvE
Leave off. The loot incentive keeps players moving.
Classic PvP
Leave off.
Hardcore

What to watch out for
Tied to the horde setting
With loot puppets disabled, "horde on loot puppet death" has nothing left to trigger on.
