What does this setting do?
Suicide puppets run at you and detonate. They are the most common cause of sudden deaths indoors, where there is no room to dodge. This switch takes them out of the game entirely. Mind the logic: on means "disabled" here — the name is a negation.

What to watch out for
The name is inverted
The key reads "Disable…", so True switches suicide puppets off, not on. Any setting starting with "Disable" deserves a second look.
