What does this setting do?
Only effective with global raid times. With this on, every player sees on joining when raiding is allowed on this server. The windows themselves live in RaidTimes.json.
This is one of the few settings with almost no argument for switching it off: raid times are a rule, and rules have to be known. Without this message, the questions land in your Discord instead.

What to watch out for
Time zones cause confusion
The times in RaidTimes.json apply in the server's time zone, which on rented servers is often UTC. The message does not explain that — state the local time in your message of the day as well.
