What does this setting do?
Propane fuels stoves, lamps and heaters, so its price affects cooking and preserving — the whole supply chain away from campfires.
It is the least conspicuous of the three resource prices because firewood can replace propane. It becomes interesting on servers with a cold climate or a strong cooking focus.
