Battery drain from fitted devices

Multiplier on the power draw of headlights, radio and other fittings.

What does this setting do?

Covers everything in the vehicle that draws power without being part of the drivetrain — above all the lights. At a high value, driving at night with lights on costs noticeable charge, which creates an appealing decision: lights on and drive fast, or lights off and stay unseen.

In practice its influence stays smaller than engine drain, which makes this a good candidate for making vehicles a little more demanding without rendering them unusable.
