What does this setting do?
The killbox is one of the most rewarding and most dangerous places in the game, and access runs through keycards. This value is the overall number of cards findable at once — spread across police stations and radiation zones, which have their own figures as well.
The cards are therefore an artificially scarce resource. Their number directly governs how often the killbox gets played at all.
Which value suits my server?
Relaxed PvE
4 to 8. The killbox sees regular visits.
Classic PvP
4 (default).
Hardcore
2 to 4. A visit is an event.
What to watch out for
The individual figures have to fit the total
Police stations and radiation zones have their own values. If they add up to more than the total, the total wins — the higher individual values have no effect.
