What does this setting do?
A fraction between 0 and 1, measured against the votes cast. 0.5 means a simple majority suffices. Higher values demand a clear majority and stop contentious decisions passing by a single vote.
For skipping the night in particular a higher value pays off: there are always players who deliberately use darkness, and for them a wafer-thin majority is especially galling.
Which value suits my server?
Relaxed PvE
0.5 (default).
Classic PvP
0.6 to 0.75.
Hardcore
0.75.
