Phone quest refill

The time until new quests appear on phones.

What does this setting do?

Phones are spread across the whole map, making them the quest source you use on the move without driving to a trader. The default of one hour is therefore shorter than the trader's.

This source is especially valuable for players without a vehicle — a reason to refill it faster on beginner-friendly servers.
