Trader quest refill

The time until new quests appear in a trader's book.

What does this setting do?

The format is hours:minutes:seconds. The default of three hours determines how long a player waits for something new in the trader's book.

Trader quests are the most rewarding of the three sources, so this value matters more than the ones for phones and notice boards. Short times make the trader a permanent destination; long ones push players towards the other sources.
